mHUB's members create breakthrough products in robotics, connected devices, sensors, energy tech, medical devices, smart building / cities, unmanned vehicles, and other cutting- edge innovations. By providing the right resources, mentorship, and access to manufacturing industry insiders, mHUB helps early-stage innovators go from prototype to product to sustainable business, driving a greater likelihood of success.

From Galvin Manufacturing’s founding in 1928 and their car radio that came to be known as Motorola, we can trace a direct path between the the Chicago-made innovations that shaped modern-day technology to the current generation of Midwestern inventors, makers and risk-takers who are creating products that will change the course of history.

Chicago and Midwestern manufacturing have always been the heart of the nation's economy. It is an industry where smart, hard-working people come together to use machines, tools and human labor to transform raw materials into brilliant and useful new products. It also is an industry of people who know what it means to have the grit, discipline and work ethic to roll up their sleeves and do the heavy lifting.

mHUB exists to ensure that the Midwestern manufacturing industry continues to accelerate, grow and thrive. We are nation's largest and fastest-growing innovation center focused on physical product development and manufacturing.

mHUB is located in the heart of Chicago’s vibrant entrepreneurial Tech Triangle.  Just blocks from businesses such as Lightbank, Groupon and Uptake and also a short distance from Google and Goose Island.

If driving, you may park in the visitor’s parking area or along Chicago Ave. The Blue Line stop at Chicago and Milwaukee is just two short blocks west of mHUB. Not in the mood for a walk? Hop on the CTA 66 bus from the Blue Line.
